Bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella, vine tomatoes, red onion, basil and hazelnut pesto.

Trio of haggis: panko, sausage roll and spring roll, served with neep purée and peppercorn sauce.

Vine tomato and roasted red pepper soup with mascarpone, brioche croutons, toasted sourdough and sea salt butter.

🍔 Main Courses

8oz beef burger with candied bacon, haggis crumb and mature cheddar in a brioche bun, served with peppercorn sauce and sea salt chips.

Beer-battered haddock with hand-cut chips, tartare sauce, pea purée and lemon.

Three-cheese macaroni with crispy onions and skinny fries.

Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and candied pecans.

Chocolate orange posset with orange cream, chocolate ganache, shortbread crumble and fresh berries.

Vanilla bean ice cream with double chocolate sauce and shortbread crumble.
