A unique voucher code is generated and securely stored when you buy a voucher. The voucher code is also converted to a QR code and this is emailed to you, or the recipient you have chosen to get a voucher. Your payments are securely processed via our payment provider Stripe, and we don't store any of these details so your information is secure.

To begin, please call the venue to make a reservation quoting: MyDine Voucher (they may ask for your voucher code to check the validity). Then, simply take your fully charged smartphone with the Email voucher on the screen, and the venue can scan the voucher QR code to redeem this. Alternatively, it's also possible to print out your voucher containing the QR code and the venue can also use this to redeem your voucher. Be sure to use the voucher before it expires.
