The TikTok celebrity and TV chef, Jimmy Lee, is branching out into the Shawlands area and opening a brand new Salt and Chilli Oriental restaurant.

This venue offers a taste of both East and West, focusing on Hong Kong Street food. It seems Salt and Chilli is proving popular with customers as this is their third location ?.

Jimmy said, "Shawlands was recently named as one the coolest neighbourhoods in the world and I'm delighted that we're able to expand our portfolio to Glasgow' Southside."

We are so excited to visit the new venue on Kilmarnock Road, that is due to open on Sunday 13th November. You can take away or sit in with up to a capacity of 60 people.

Chef Jimmy Lee is raring to go and wants to bring something unique to the Southside of Glasgow. Since he lives in the area and knows it very well, he can't wait to be a part of the already thriving Shawlands hospitality community!
