Indulge in a feast for the senses at VALARIA, the newest patisserie and bakery brand from the creators of Six by Nico. Opening its doors on Thursday, February 16th on 333 Byres Road, Glasgow, this patisserie promises to tantalize taste buds with its stunning cakes, bakes, breads, chocolate and confectionery, each crafted with traditional techniques and the finest ingredients.

Get ready to be wowed by the 34-seat patisserie's opulent offerings, from breakfast pastries like Danish, Croissants, and Pain au Chocolat, to their signature Eclairs in tantalizing flavors like Tiramisu, Cereal Milk, Salted Caramel, Rhubarb & Custard, and Raspberry, Rose, and Lychee. And, of course, no French patisserie is complete without the delicate treats of Tarte Tatin, Creme Brulle, Apple, Cheer, and Rhubarb flavored patisseries, along with a daily rotation of unique French Macaron flavors.

But that's not all, VALARIA is also serving up a unique house coffee blend, responsibly sourced from Brazil and Columbia, flavored with Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Candied Mandarin, perfect for that sweet morning pick-me-up.

Ronan Mallon, General Manager of VALARIA said "We are excited to bring some of the most innovative and luxurious cakes Scotland has ever seen to Glasgow. We are launching VARALIA with a brand new concept store for the first time, debuting our signature bakes and goods that will be freshly prepared on site. The Patisserie will be a new experience for Glaswegians, and our team is looking forward to showcasing our sumptuous products."

Glasgow-based contractors One Call worked with Sixco Group to re-imagine the new space, located at the former Vodafone store in Glasgow's West End. With intricate detailing and a touch of femininity, One Call CEO, Mario Formasano said the space will be open, welcoming and bright.

VALARIA is open 7 days a week from 8AM to 8PM, so don't miss out on the chance to treat yourself to some of the most opulent cakes and baked goods Glasgow has ever seen!
