A Taste Of Christmas - Event Ticket

Join us at Bar & Tender for a special festive evening and a four-course Christmas tasting menu.

Upon arrival, enjoy a glass of welcome fizz each.

Then begin your feast with Pigs and Blankets, served with apple and sage purée, cranberry gel and black pudding crumb.

Continuing with fresh Smoked Haddock + Prawn, featuring smoked haddock mousse, prawn, potato espuma, pickled cucumber, dill oil and champagne beurre blanc.

For the main course, enjoy Xmas Beef — a special dish of braised beef cheek with potato fondant, roast carrot, Brussels sprout purée, parsnip crisp, and red wine and cranberry jus.

To finish, enjoy an Auld Fashioned Xmas Pudding — a Christmas pudding lollipop soaked in bourbon, served with spiced orange gel and cherries, and served flaming.

Expect a festive evening of seasonal food and carefully presented dishes in the stylish surroundings of Bar & Tender.

Arrival is from 7pm, with the event beginning at 7:30pm.
