Mr Diner 🕵️‍♂️ “The Good, The Bad, The Ugly” Takeaway No.2 from last week came in the form of a burger brand 🍔 we had not heard of before @smashburgeruk This really wasn’t great unfortunately. We ordered... French Fries 🍟 Loaded Tater Tots : Spicy Jalapeno Smash Fries® 🍟 Coke 500ml 🥤 Bacon Cheeseburger 🍔 Avocado Club Burger 🥑 It was actually my partner who ordered it and it came to £40 with delivery, that would be ok if the food was good and the portions were reasonable. The food arrived late and cold after the just eat driver saying he had to wait outside the restaurant for 40 mins 🤷🏻‍♂️ For £40 this was a total rip off, the chips were like McDonalds like a small/medium portion. They had their own trademark so was expecting something great, they were very bland and uninspired. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself if that’s worth £40? My jaw hit the floor. My Avocado Burger was very tasteless and came with a giant clump of Avocado 🥑 hanging out the burger, point in that? 🤔 The buns I swear were the ones I’ve had from Tesco and they weren’t toasted. The cheese used in both buns had a weird powdery texture. We were both in agreement it wasn’t great. The tater tots I enjoyed and thought the toppings were nice but again, felt the portion size wasn’t good value for money. It was very feeble. 👎🏻 Not a fan of here and wouldn’t order again.
