If you haven’t heard of this establishment in the last year or so let me explain. Gourmet dining at its finest. The owner and chef Nico is the brains and chooses a theme every 6 weeks. Past themes have included Willy Wonka, Childhood Favourites, Orient Express. For this visit and for my first personal experience they are cooking Catalan, close to my heart having lived in Barcelona for some time this whole sensory experience just took me back to sunshine, sand and SAN Gria. Each course was plated with a complimentary wine to the dish. An incredible touch which added to the taste of each dish. My 3 companions all had different dietary requirements 1. Gluten Free 2. Halal Meats Only and 3. Non Fish Lover and they managed an alternative for each guest 👍🏻 The service to a very high standard. Explaining the concept clearly for first timers and each dish made for a unique experience with friends. The food itself was just all about the taste and classic ingredients that complimented each other of the freshest, highest quality. If you phone to book a table it is very highly booked up for the next month or so and it’s not to hard to see why.
