I've had my eye on @alessioscafe for a while now 👀 and it did not disappoint 😁🎉

After a lovely stroll with a friend, we order a couple of coffees (amazing 😍☕) & Reuben Toastie.. Oh holy shmokes.. What a toastie 😍 I couldn't make my mind up because they all sounded unreal! The meat was delish

& the cheese & the sauce oh mama! 🤩🤩 can't wait for my next visit!!

Remember to support local business always 🥰 I'm a huge lover of independent cafes and will always spend my dolla there ❤️

Last week we received some lovely golden chopsticks 🥢 in exchange for a main and side, we ordered a lot more as we really wanted to try so much off the menu as it is the new creation from @chef_jimmy_lee from @lychee_glasgow. Lychee is easily one of the best Chinese restaurants in Glasgow and I have been eating here since the day it opened as I worked nearby. I could happily eat good Chinese food every day 🤣

Salt and Chilli is all the rage just now 🔥 so this came at the right time. We had a feast off..

So much to describe it’s just amazing! The most tender chicken in that Bao Bun! I just had the chicken curry for lunch and all my co-workers are so jealous it all smells and tastes like perfection! Trust us - just go! 😋

Ahhh the morning roll. What a beautiful sight 🤩 @cometpieces has been on our list for a while now. A firm favourite of foodies in Glasgow, we decided it was long overdue and to take a stroll to the west end to discover what was on offer here. ☀️

When we arrived there was a bit of a que of people waiting to collect. There is a QR code on the window of the shop so you have to order and pay on your mobile and they hand it out to you. We discovered that most people had ordered from the house and arranged a pick up time. This i would highly recommend instead of just turning up just now to guarantee your place as the website had stoped taking orders but they kindly served us when we sent them a DM on Insta - great service btw 👌

We were very hungry from our big walk so I ordered two rolls...

No.4️⃣Steak lorne, haggis, onions potato scone, free-range poached egg & Tapatio hot sauce. Served in Morton's crispy roll.

No.6️⃣Potato scone, cheesy scrambled eggs, sun-dried tomatoes & sriracha mayo. Served in Morton's crispy roll. (V)

These were outstanding! The rolls themselves were crispy to begin with but had been fried in a unique way to make them extra crispy but not too hard to chew - perfect 👌

The fillings are so boujee and I think the cheesy scrambled egg was delicious and I love the use of sauces that bring a unique flavour to each roll.

My friend opted for the Mac and Cheese and Fries which she let me share which were also a delight!

🕵️‍♂️ I am so excited to finally try this venue. It’s been on our list for a while as we met the lovely owners at the @northstarcafegla a few months ago where they told us about their amazing pancakes they do at this venue.

I can confirm it was definitely worth the wait. There are a few pancake venues in town which I really don’t rate 🙊 This however is hitting the spot. 💗 These pancakes are Japanese 🇯🇵 inspired & I am mad about all things Japanese.

The pancakes are smaller width wise but thicker and are a real sweet delight! 👌

What a find 😍😍 This quirky bakery is nestled in the heart of Stirling city centre, with everything baked in house! I ordered a flat white which was lovely! @veraartisanbakery they use @deargreen which has been a fav of mine since I properly got into coffee ☕ I also got a cookie bar with a caramel biscoff dip.. I CAN'T DESCRIBE FOLKS.. UNREAL 🤤🤤 I heated it up in the micro when I got home and poured the sauce all over!! The dream 😍

The staff who served me were so lovely and answered every wee question I had 😊 can't wait to go back to try more, they have the biggest selection of beautiful bakes! Hopefully we can sit in soon 😁 I urge everyone to support local, independent cafes where you can!! They need the support more than the big money making chains 👀🥰
